Human anatomical waste, soiled dressings and cotton, expired or discarded medicines, chemical waste. Non-chlorinated yellow bags.
Contaminated recyclable plastics
Tubing, bottles, IV sets, catheters, urine bags, syringes without needles, gloves. Non-chlorinated red bags.
Sharps, including metals
Needles, needle tips cut from syringes, scalpels, blades. Translucent, puncture-proof, leak-proof, tamper-proof containers.
Glassware and metallic implants
